This just takes time and practice.
- Start with one end in your right hand; wrap the rest of the belt around your middle two times.
- Tuck the remaining length of belt under the first two layers right in front of your navel, and pull the end up towards your chin. This is the "upper end."
- Check to make sure the two ends of the belt are the same length.
- Now make an "x" with the two ends, keeping the upper end on top.
- Tuck the upper end under-and-up through the hole in the "x."
- Pull tight to the sides.
